Size of NIU2 memory card

I want to ask you can NIU2 include 100 Mbps flash card.
Or what is the biggest size of card for NIU?

current flash cards are 256Mb or smaller in size.
be aware that the NIU2 only supports a small range of brands (toshiba, sandisk, ...)

I have used 512 MB Sandisk at lots of sites no problem
