I would like to include a short clip from my still digital camera (MPEG format), but image appears blurry because adobe premiere enlarges it to the full project window size. How can I keep the frame size small so that the image doesn't look blurry and pixilated. I wouldn't mind having the clip be small with a black background.

In Premiere 6.5, right click on the clip, select video->maintain aspect ratio.

prem pro inserts video at is native spect size. Or you could render it as a small vid in black using AE.

Thanks for the responses. I tried maintain aspect ratio, but clip still is previewed in the full frame size.

I am not familiar with prem pro or AE. Please excuse my ignorance. Could you elaborate?
