Size Limit cannot be removed

I had the system drive on my Exchange server get full...I added a couple of drives and created a spanned volume and moved my data store and logs...no problems with any of that...the system seems to have arbitrarily imposed a 2M message size limit...I have checked everywhere and cannot find where to tell it everything is ok now, and stop imposing a limit...ESMTP does not show a SIZE limit, and neither does any other config value I can find...I think the system still thinks it's full...the virtual drive reports a HUGE size (which is literally multiples of the physical disk size of ANY of my drives)...yet all physical drives have Gs of free space...any ideas? (I've checked with some Exchange experts and no one has any ideas so far)

just wondering if you ever fixed this i went through microsoft article on checking the size of allowed email size they are all configure correctly there is three places where you can do this, i send you the article but it does not help me at all i did everything they ask you to do no luck, let me know if you still have the problem

No...I am still working on this...I guess my next step is to kill the virtual drive (the system thinks it's huge, but I don't think I need it) and see if the system gets happy...I doubt that will work, but it's the only place on the box that reports huge storage usage...(it reports something like 48G on this virtual drive, but the largest physical volume I have on the box is 36G...a spanned volume over two 18G drives)...If I find a solution, I'll post it...in the mean time, still looking for ideas...
