Size form in Ms Access 2007

I have a form that I would like to keep the same size that I designed instead of able to increase the size or able to maximazed it or change the size.

Can someone let me know the parameters that I need to change so that none can change the size of the form.

In form properties, you want 'Border Style' set to [None, Thin or Dialogue] (i.e. anything but Sizeable).
