Size chunk during save error

Hallo,

on some servers i get the following error:

ntdll.ASR size chunk during save
smss.ASR size chunk during save

always both files on three servers.

Networker 7.1.2

anyone an idea?

ASR is the WIndows Automatic System Recovery disk which you can create with Windows 2000+/XP. This will be created by windows and then be acked up by NetWorker. I assume that this is a Windows issue.

ok thanx, i know what ASR is and microsoft sasy this files are not created by th OS - so it seems to be created by legato but it still doesn't solve my problem

Think logical. Why should NW create the files if this mechanism even works without any other backup program? Is this how MS knows their own product?
