Site to site vpn

Is it possible to setup a site to site vpn with Redhat 7? I have two remote
networks that I want to connect via the internet. I want each network to
have access to the resources on the other. Can I do this with two Redhat
boxes?

Yeah,
look for ipsec or freeSWAN, these products can tunnel connections in a vpn-style. The basic setup is (like always) a config file in /etc (man ipsec).
