Site to site VPN Config

I'm trying to configure a cisco Pix 501 pix with a Cisco 506 Pix, but the 501 pix is using PPOe without a static Ip and the documentation only shows a config with a static IP address. Anyone know how config VPN with dyanmic IP's on one side?

The 501 has to initiate the connection, and you use a feature called Easy VPN, configuring the 506 as an Easy VPN server, and the 501 as an Easy VPN client.
