Had a question about site to site calling on the acm. There's a 8730 main site with LSP 8300/g350 on the other side. Site to site calling works right now, but I was curious as to how I set it up so the users dont have to dial the trunk access code before dialing the remote extension. For example, a user at one site would have to dial 222, which is the tac and then enter the extension. I would like to set it up so that they can just enter the extension. I think you set it up in the aar table somehow, but I am not super knowledgeable with these systems, and was looking for a procedure of what I need to do.

Thanks

If the remote gateway is controlled by the 8730 main site, then both sites are effectively part of the same telephony platform and share the number ranges. Think of the remote site as just another floor in the main site building. You wont need to dial any tac codes, you can just dial the extension number directly.

This assumes the control comes from the 8730 and that the remote site isn't operating as a stand-alone 8300 Server. I'm assuming you have a WAN link to the remote site.
