Site Server

I have a site Server that was installed and appears to be functioning almost OK. SMS Client software is not being installed on the users PCs and the Site Server is not being Discovered by any other Site Server or Central Site Server.
Any Suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm leaning toward I have a
Site Server problem that I can't figure out. The SMSAsign.ini and temp.tcf file are now listing the local Site Server Code, therefore the local PCs IP does not show up in the other 29 Sites as valid so it never gets assigned and installation completes. I also checked the Site Server's SMSLOGON share and there is nothing being created in the SITES OR SITESCFG folder for the Site Server in question. I guess its time to delete and try rebuilding the site yet again to see if everything fixes itself. I would just like to know what the root cause (problem) is. Thanks again for your time.
