I've just had our site redesigned to make room for new services and looking for any and all feedback.

Hey man -- 100x better. And congrats on being featured in all those articles.

But I really don't like the menu rollover. It just doesn't seem to fit. Why not try making the text color a slightly lighter grey or the blue color you use but not change the background.

The green and blue backgrounds for the headers on the Reseller and Hosting Plans pages are a little dark.

And on the bottom of the page....your copyright info....how about fading the background slightly where the text is. As it is, it's bordering on being slightly messy.

Other than that, it's awesome. Way better than before.

Hi Wullie,

Obviously this is just a personal opinion but I find the freshlook graphics and the uptime graphics a little to busy and they do not seem to hang together well with a sense of unity. I would update the uptime stuff to be a bit plainer.

Also the live chat thing could well be an ad for talking to chicks. I would make it more business-like and make it clear that they are talking with support staff from freshlook. Chatting has an erotic penumbra when coupled with the womans picture.

Also "helm control panel", "Urchin Web Analytics", and "99.5% Uptime S.L.A." do not mean much or anything to me and probably would not mean anything at all to people who want "a small website to show off the family photos"

Nice site. Seems like everyone has pretty much covered everything...

I like the way that you have the gradients on the sides of the page. Tends to pull the users' eyes into the center (content). Along with that point though, I'd have to say, even though the banner looks cool, it takes away too much from the rest of the site. When I look at the site, the content headers and borders are fairly bland (not a bad thing at all), while the banner's really bright, shiny and colorful - in other words, I spent more time looking at the pretty colors in the banner rather than the content of the page.

My suggestion would be to maybe dull the banner down a bit to match the rest of the site.

Hope that makes sense... 8:30AM here... First coffee... You get the idea
