Hi,

I have setup a website on our server which i am currently haveing problems with. I can access all pages from the inside of our network (but still using http:\\
When accessed from a connection: some sections are available and others are not. When they are not available i get the "The page cannot be displayed" error.

I have SSL setup on the pages that are not available, but if that was an issue i would expect an ssl error.

Any ideas on the problem would be great,

Thanks Si

check and make sure that the links you are trying to access have been created for a internet site and not intranet site.

If your refer to a page using a local ip or local computer name then the outside world will not be able to see what's going on.. =)~ Hope that this helps

is the SSL port open through your firewall\router ?

Chris.

Indifference will be the downfall of mankind, but who cares?

Sorry for the delay in replying,

It was the firewall in the end.

Thanks for the help.

Cheers Si
