nicka, maybe we can share notes. Did you figure out a fix for this?
I can see my avaya grabbing a trunk but not passing the call through the siparator to our shoretel system. When I call from the shoretel in, the avaya phone rings, but it is just silence then a disconnect when I answer. I opened a new thread here and will be posting some traces etc..
