Mitel 3300 on 4.2 sp1

SIP trunks from more than one provider (therefore eliminating provider issue) providing calls direct DDIs to sets and via IQ in call centre experiencing one way tx.

2 way voice is apparent on initial call connection after approx 20 secs stream is one way only. Placing caller on hold and retrieving call returns 2 way voice again.

Has anyone experienced anything like this in the past?

do you have both way calling when using a physical handset?
Is this one way only through IQ ports?
Do you have Route optimisation enabled?
Is the IQ on the same LAN as the 3300?
