i am from belgium and i want to connect the ipo with a other pbx(aastra) with a SIP line but i don't now where i set what in the program maybe there is some one who hase a backup from a sip configuration
You need full access and extensive knowlegde of your customers firewall, Network and site to site connectivity OH don't forget IP office sip configuration. Avaya have put there own mark on the world of SIP.
I still have one problem and thats when I make a call to the other pbx its stil working but when the other pbx call to my IPO the line is not coming in,the two pbx are just for intern use and tests not with a provider, the other one is a Nexspan (aastra) i still have a trace hier so maby some one can see the problem.
thx
I'm not sure if the IPO will like <sip:****@192.168.6.222:5060> I think it would like 351@192.168.6.22:5060 better.
A few of us here have also found that the incoming SIP URI has to be programmed into the SIP trunk setup form for it to work otherwise it doesn't recognise the number.
