Hello all

Please help someone if you can,
I am commissioning sip via Gamma IPDC,
I cannot get a call out, on the trace I am sending my internal ip instead of the public:
UDP 83.245.6.81:5060 -> 192.168.42.1:5060
SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden
SIP Tx: UDP 192.168.42.1:5060 -> 83.245.6.81:5060

How do I stop it sending my ip and send my public?

GAMMA do provide docs for configuring your IPO to their SIP trunks.

however, a clue for you. - STUN

hi Thanks for your reply,
asked gamma for doc already, they say there isnt one for ipo lol.
stun is set even though they say we do not need one!

losing what little hair i have left.

I contemplating having the authentication changed tu username and password rather than ip,

Unless GAMMA have installed real SBCs then you will need to use STUN.

please dont use the default one in the IPO as this no longer works.

you will need to use a public STUN server.

this can be found using google ;-)

gonna get it changed to username and pword authentication

HSM - just to confirm you do not need a STUN server with Gamma IPDC as long as the firewall and routing is setup correctly. Just completed a Gamma IPDC install with no STUN and everything works as planned.
