Hi there,

I found a problem with this scene:

2 IPO500 connected by SCN. The first box has E1 to pstn. The IP (SIP)3rd party licenses there are on box 2. When I call from the user on box 1 to (sip user) on box 2, the call is hear only when the calling part put call on hold and release button.

Why it is happening?

No, I saw something about this in Avaya Technical Bulleting, look:

3.1 Resolved field issues in IP Office 6.1(12) and Manager 8.1(12)
CQ122263 - Call between two SIP Soft phones is placed on hold by the call originator, one way speech results when call is resumed.
CQ122231 - One way speech when one-X Portal makes a consultation call between two SIP Soft Phones with a call on hold.

But this problem was ocurring earlier I update to 6.1(12) and after that, the problem continues.

You have a routing issue.
When you put the call on hold then the ipo knows that this particular phone did that and when it pulls the call then it is that known phone so the sound is directed to that phone.
