All I have sip users configured in the SMGR and was able to register the Equinox with no problem. We have already had the IP phones working in the CM 9600 series,
Example
I have a IP phone extension 1058 working in the CM, I configure a sip user in the SMGR for the 1058. When I try to call 1058 User not registered but the phone is working register and working in CM. I checked to make sure Off Prem station is configure.
The Equinox station 1104 I can make calls out over the sip trunk but can't call no extension on the CM.
What can be the problem?
