SIP Trunks

Does anyone uses SIP Trunks to allow communication between branchs' PBXs and to replace regular Voice Tranks to PSTN (Voice T1, outbound, inbound)? I use MPLS from AT&T for corporate data WAN already. Who do you use as a provider. How is it working (any trouble)?

I setup a DCS network using IP Trunks between each site that had a Definity with a remote Audix. For those sites that didn't have a Definity, we used a voice card for our Cisco routers and connected it to a trunk group in each PBX. This solution worked great for our needs.
