Sip trunks not working on hyper v editions

we have a customer with IPO server edition -Hyper v. But we can't make the sip trunks working. If we connect IPO physical unit and connect the sip with it, It's working fine.
Anyone had successfully made the IPO server edition on Hyper-v Working with sip trunks.

You have to set the number of SIP trunk channels in the IPO system settings. That's different from IP500

just to clarify, you mean to set the sip trunk in the IPO server edition without using the IP500 physical unit.

Yes. What I mean is that IP500 just needs the licenses while you have to configure the number of SIP channels at the system config as well. That's why I think it works with IP500 but not on your server edition.

Although it could be something else as cant make the sip trunks working is not the most helpful of statements.

Does the SIP trunk show as idle, what happens when you try and make a call, what happens when you try and send a call in, what does monitor and SSA show etc, etc, etc.
