Hello, Everyone,

I have an IP500 v2 rel 9.0.0.0 build 860 with SIP Trunks. Everthing is working OK on them, except on an incoming call the phones are only displaying the number of the caller and not the name.

Is this my service provide issue or internal SIP Programming?

service provider issue, some can not do this

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Look in the (monitor) logs and see if you are getting a name when someone calls.
Under your SIP Line setting try changing "caller id from header

The only option which can change this is the setting for showing name from the trunk or directory.
You can find this on two places:
1 System -> Telephony -> "Default name priority"
2 SIP trunk -> Sip Line -> "Name priority"

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hey Silicondarktide

That was the thing that was missing, it now works.

Thanks to everyone
