SIP trunks are MAX utilized and not allowing next calls made from service provider

Hi,

we are having problem with DSP vs SIP trunk channels , as we allowed many people to work from home the issue gradually started.
recently we have users saying " call can not be completed " message when they make call from service provider side( Verizon( sip carrier ))
please let me know if we need to open a port range from VPN side for audio path as all the users taking calls on VPN network
