Hello all,

Just looking for a bit of guidance on an Intermediate Issue I am having with our SIP Trunk. The Trunk works 95% of the time. The other 5% I get "Waiting for Line".

The Truck is going through a Edgewater 4550 to our 500V2

Suggestions on what may be causing this?

Thank you.

phoneguy610: Starting to think so. I re-booted everything (IPO / Edgewater / Gateway) and its back up.

I've done coredial a few times. One thing is that you have to route the PUBLIC IP of coredial through the edgewater IP. Some carrier need this I don't know why because othe providers I have used don't need this and the edgewater handles the whole thing. So I have a default route in IPO to the data router and another route to the edgewater just for the SIP.

Also I have in the topology for LAN 2 as Open internet with the public IP I assigned specifically for coredial and using that in the trunk. Never had an issue. I also try for require registration none of that IP authenticate stuff. Don't remember if that was an option with them.

if you need some recommendations, callcentric, voip.ms, flowroute, anveo are all solid
