SIP Trunk to trunk route

Have a SIP trunk from the IPO, and also SCN and ISDN Trunks. Can redirect incoming SIP calls to Local and SCN extensions, but can't redirect back out to PSTN via ISDN trunks.
Call is shown as 404 not found because the external PSTN number sent via the SIP Caller does not match a local user. Any ideas?,
Assume its something simple Ive overlooked.

Can get this working by specifying individual numbers in the Line SIP Uri area, but would like to know if you can use wildcards someway.
