my SIP trunk stop working after upgrade to R5. Anybody has same problem?
 
I believe Kyle loves all those broken sip trunks every release :)

I only done SIP trunking twice, but seems like you never get a reply on your INVITE.

You could trace your firewall to see if you get any replies there or if the provider never sends them.
 
Did you try rebooting the Gateway/Firewall, port 5060 could be stuck after the upgrade.

What exactly happens. Are you having issues with inbound, outbound or both? In Monitor under filters click on the Clear All button and then go to the SIP tab and enable only SIP Tx and SIP Rx then paste that trace.

I didn't get most of the stuff above, but my SIP provider mentioned to me there was a bug in the 5.0 beta that changed underscores in the SIP registration entries to percent signs. He said if you change them back to underscores manually, all registers again...
 
If you notice you aren't getting any SIP Rx (receive) responses. Even if you had everything setup wrong you would get something back, unregistered, not found, doesn't exist anywhere, etc.

Something isn't getting through.

I try X-lite with the same sip account and It is working. Can that prove it is nothing wrong with router/firewall?
 
You could try the following:

Goto line > SIP Line > Use Network Topology Info; put it on "None" then it will use the IP route as the gateway address.

Since you never recieve a SIP Rx to your IPO you have to find out if the provider answers to your request.

Looks like your sending 203.45.64.141 as your contact IP so that should be the IP of your firewalls external adress.

If you see that you get repsonses to your firewall your need to find out why the firewall isn't forwarding them to your IPO.
 
Try a trace route and see how far it gets :)
