Hello!
Anyone here tried to setup SIP line using Telkom? I am confused as they are saying it is a cloud based. Lan cable from network switch is connected to the LAN1 and no cable is connected to Lan2(wan). There's no issue on incomings however we cannot make outgoing call with waiting for line error.

Is there a mis configuration from IP office side?
