sip trunk ringing

I programed and connect sip trunk to sl2100 (version 2.2). Out going calls are working but incoming call not working.
I try to program DID and normal ringing group but both are not working.what's the problem

Who is you SIPT provider? Has your router been programmed with the proper port forward settings?

I already connect and programmed sl1000 system to this same SIP trank. It's working order properly. (out going and incoming) But sl2100 system same problem

Go through the settings in both systems and look for differences. You also did not specify the provider and verify your licensing.
