Hi ...

I have an IP Office 8.1 connected to Cisco Call Manager via SIP Trunk, the problem that is when Avaya users call Cisco Users they can hear the Cisco Userrs, but Cisco users cant hear Avaya Users.

Most likely the Cisco SIP registrar and Media server have different ip addresses and/or different URLs.
This means that all SIP traffic from IP Office goes to the registrar while you have to send the RTP ( audio ) traffic to the media server.
If so then in the Avaya SIP trunk adjust the provider settings in respect to the above mentioned.
 
Looks to me like you're getting the 200OK prior to receiving the SDP from the Cisco side.
The 200OK ends the call setup.
Basically, the Avaya doesn't know where to terminate his transmit path, so the Cisco user can't hear the Avaya user.
The Avaya side sends the SDP in the "Invite" transaction to the Cisco.
Most systems will send their SDP back in the "180 Ringing" transaction, but the Cisco has to be configured to do this.
Check the Cisco.

If you turn all that other crap off in monitor and only capture the SIP messaging it's much easier to read.

Check the routing to 10.10.124.1 from IP Office. This is the RTP path that is not making it to Cisco user.
