SIP Trunk Problem

Dear All,

we're having a problem with our system with the SIP Trunk service provider. we have an S8300 on a G450 and SIPERA SBC. who ever try to call our main number is getting number not found. we opened a ticket with the service provider and he informed us that he's getting an error 403 from our side.

can someone help with this ??

If you are generating a SIP 403 error that means you are receiving a number that your equipment doesn't understand, try looking at your configured dial patterns.

My dial paaterns are configured correctly and it was working fine for weeks till this problem showed up

Anyway it got resolved by restarting the sbc

Check with the carrier and make sure that they are still sending the same amount of digits that you are expecting.
