Sip trunk problem

yesterday a made the upgrade on my ip office 500 from 5.0(18) for 6.0(8) and i insert the new licences.

Know my sip trunk doesn't work and the pbx don't find the public IP with the Stun, is always in Blocking Firewall.

whit the old version it was working well, but i can't go back because my boss bought 2 9650 phones and they don´t work whit 5.0 version

does any one have a solution?
 
in the system status i have this information:

Check your IP Route settings. You should have one that is a default route to your NAT firewall.

[ 0.0.0.0 / 0.0.0.0 / 192.168.1.1 / LAN1 ]

Once you have that, try to use SSA to ping the IP of your ITSP. If it responds but still won't register, change the Network Topology on the SIP trunk to None from LAN1.

I had to do change the network topology settings on a few systems for the IP Office to register with the SIP Provider.
