SIP trunk KNP (dutch) 1

Anyone has configured a KPN SIP trunk on an IP Office? X-lite seems to work fine. Outgoing calls one-way speech and no incoming. By incoming calls I don´t see anything on the Monitor.
Thanks for clues on this one
 
No incoming data is a firewall or ip routing problem, no audio is a firewall or ip routing problem.
Without any details it is not possible to give any usefull answers.
 
I think that KPN needs to configure the IP address of the IPO as the destination.

OK the trunk is one from routIT ??
I have now a registered trunk, but I can only reach the main number. 31733036400.
If I dial the main number 31733036400 I reach extension 6400. so far so good :)

If I try to reach the other numbers,like 31733036418 the call is still going to 6400, it won´t go to 6418?

Anyone can help me out, pretty new to this provider

Hi Joe,

In the monitor and System Status I see the numbers offered as 31733036400 so I have created these as incoming.
0 31733036400 any voice 6400
0 31733036418 any voice 6418
I have tried with X-lite and the numbers are going through, so it must be something on the IPO

From what I can see it looks like incoming sip line group id is set to 0, is that correct?
 
I´m not sure if I´m correct, but in the monitor it routes the call to the contact information and not to the "TO" info
 
Solved, changed SIP advanced from Request URI into TO Header. Now all calls are routed correctly.
Hopefully this hasn´t changed anything on outgoing calls, but that´s something for tomorrow morning :)
