SIP TRUNK issues

Hello, I have had audio problems since I registered my SIP trunk, in any call, whether incoming or outgoing, they can only hear me, but I can't hear them, at first I thought it was a problem with the provider but everything is fine with them.
I have opened the ports:
5060 PDU
10000-20000 UDP
in meraki, but I still have the same problem.

I don't know what else I can do to solve this, since I can't connect the pbx directly to the modem.

I have an IP Office with R11, and the sip is a peer to peer

Hello,

Check the RTP Ports range of IPO & open them in meraki.
 
Check your NAT type in the LAN settings, and make sure you enter your public IP on those settings as well.
If that is set incorrectly, the SIP Headers will not have the correct address and will not be able to find your device, which results in one way audio.

One way audio is always (99.99%) related to network. For me, it's always been resolved by tinkering with the NAT type on Lan Settings.
 
Hello, if it was a problem with NAT, I had to ask my provider to enable NAT on their side and it worked correctly
