Since we have upgraded to version 9.1 we have a strange sip trunk issue.
Issue 1 Incoming call to Short code which forwards to an external number, or directly to external number by ICR,
Obviously both are linked to the IP office receiving and sending on the same trunk. We had a similar issue back in version 8 which was fixed by adding RTCP Keepalives on the VOIP settings of the LAN tab and this has work in version 9, but it no longer seems to do the trick.
I got this from the ITSP "Hi, I had a look at the sip traces for the last call your PBX sends a 503 error message and the previous ones, the call never set up, however, I can see early media is offered, therefore the ringing! Never receive a 200Ok and an Ack to set the call up"
Any ideas?

Caller hears no ring tone, however destination device rings, in my case a mobile, if the called device answers the call they hear nothing, however original part still hears ringing, if the end party hangs up the call is disconnected
Issue 2 User sets unconditional divert to a mobile or other external numberSame issue as above
