SIP Trunk Issue

Customer SIP trunk is showing out of service.
The SIP Trunk Provider sent me this
Here is the message that we are getting back from the PBX on those calls:

That's not very much of information...

What about you SIP trunk, URI, Users SIP tab and Lan interface VoIP settings.

Look at SysMon and/or SSA and try to find out why IPO does not accept the call. I would think of a missing ICR or a user's SIP tab mismatch. Create a */*/* URI and corresponding ICRs.
