Hi all IPO-fellows,

I am struggleing with a SIP Trunk here.
Newly setup IPO SE 10.1 SP2 server with a SIP Trunk with 4 channels. The trunk registers correctly to the provider, and all channels are idle. When trying to making a call, it looks like the call stays inside the IPO, and never hits the trunk. Please see attached.

A strange thing is that upon making a call, all SIP Trunk Channels gets a congestion count, but non are in use!?

I have used this provider and SIP account on other systems for test, but on this new server it doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Regards,

You probably need to go to the Licence | Remote server tab in the configuration of the system hosting the SIP trunk and set how many SIP Trunk Session licenses it is allowed to use from those you have available.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thank You @sizbut
Great tip - i was not aware about that. Nothing in the help-file with IP Office Manager!?

Don't worry, it probably caught out every IPO engineer at some point.
