Sip Trunk cannot be created

Good day all.
I am trying to create a sip trunk on an IP500 V1, running 5.0 (22) software, but no matter how I load it delete it swear at it the trunk will not reflect in SSA, and I therefore also cannot make calls over it.
I have rebooted countless times.

Has anyone experienced this before. I do have 2 SIP Trunk licences available, I have a VCM 32 onboard with an additional 4 channels, SSA shows the licences correctly.

Where to look now????

is this a switch currently in service or a new install?

try a factory reset and reload the config.
