SIP Trunk CALLING PARTY NUMBER inserting 1

I have a SIP trunk running through a SBCE to SMGR then CM. IN/OUT working fine, however the 96xx phones are now all showing a 1 1xxx xxx xxxx on their caller ID. I tried setting up and adaption on the fromto filed to remove the 1 but it won't. Any Ideas?
