SIP Trunk Caller ID

Dear's
am have situation in IPO R.11 which have SIP trunks and in incoming calls system receives call as caller number@SIP Server IP
051234567@10.142.23.00.

how can we adjust to have only caller ID number without SERVER IP address.


 
Not sure if this will fix it but you can try under the SIP line>SIP Advanced tab checking "CallerID from From header"

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
Tried Both Options no luck so far.
another suggestions ???
 
It shouldn't include the server address, think you need to do a monitor trace to see why this is happening.

None of those setting affect this.
