SIP Trunk caller id problem

Hello Everyone

I'm new in IP Office
i have a problem with receiving caller id
we connected two branch with sip trunk
my branch is IPO and the other is CM
in our branch we cannot receive the caller id

how can i solve this ?

trace the SIP traffic with Monitor and see if you get it in the trace (1234@192.168.10.10 or similar) then you should see it on the phone as 1234

If the IPO receives a CLI it displays it so if it is not displaying CLI then it is almost certainly not being sent by the CM

As west has already said you should be able to use system monitor to prove this.
