Hi,

Can anyone help me, I want configure SIP Trunk between IP office server edition 9.1 with Cisco cucm, I have seen number of Document but it doesn't work!!

Is H323 trunk an option for you ?
I've already made an H323 trunk between IPO and a Cisco ISR and it is very "easy" to set up.

Should be pretty straight forward setting up a SIP trunk as well, but you should do some monitor tracing if it doesn't work.
That has a better chance to tell you what's wrong and which side is complaining than me guessing what you have done.

Dears,

I Want install Sip trunk between ipo and cucm, but I don't know the steps so asking for help.

Thank you janni78,I'm doing the steps but the code show in SSA " 404 " did u know anything about it?

Are you controlling the Cisco side as well?

Without seeing the trace it sounds like Cisco won't accept the call.

It really sounds like you need a certified business partner to set this up for you, possibly one on the Cisco side as well.

I can control Cisco side and now the call working, but just for outgoing and I can't receiving from Cucm.

Well, you still expect me to know what's wrong without any kind of information, could be that your ICR aren't configured for the CUCM trunk?
I assume CUCM get a reply from IPO on what's wrong.

TRACE TRACE TRACE !

I'm so sorry, but I don't have experience just I need the steps of configurations.

You got the steps in the Devconnect document, if it ain't working it's time to do some tracing to see what's wrong.

Herein lies the problem. It isn't fair on you or the customer to expect an inexperienced tech to make this work. You need the paid assistance of an experienced engineer on both systems and your boss needs to recognise that.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
