SIP Trunk and VM Pro 9.1

When the AA answers when any digit is pressed it immediately drops the call. If I call using a short code internally it works well, but not when calling in across the trunk.
The AA is built with several 1 digit options to go to various extensions.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

You need to monitor trace it and see what happens

SIP can be troublesome with DTMF, depending how the call reaches you and what carriers tie in with each other etc the DTMF can become partially duplicated so you receive 22 when someone just dials 2 etc
