Installing an S8510 with a SES and AES server. Using Polycom 430 SIP phones. I have the sets up and talking, and hold, send calls and conference working. Customer now wants EC500 working, and I just can't get it to take. Also, message lights take up to an hour to show up. I think it may be a timing issue, but I don't know where. Has anyone successfully integrated Polycom sets into Avaya via SIP? Any suggestions would be helpful.
