SIP timers on IPO

Hi,
on IPO (R11) how to / could be checked & modified SIP timers:

– T1 (500 ms) – Round Trip Time Estimate
– T2 (4s) – Maximum network retransmissions (Non-INVITE/Replies)
– TimerA – INVITE retransmission time (initially T1)
– TimerB – INVITE transaction timeout (64*T1 = 32s)
– TimerH – Wait for ACK retransmission (64*T1 = 32s)

Is it possible to check those timers (what values are set/using) and to change them?
