Just set a new SIP trunk with the default settings but phones (9641 etc) are showing the SIP tag e.g. 2022120620021100004 instead of the caller ID.

Using other devices instead of the IP Office show caller ID correctly. Other SIP trunks seem OK. Any thoughts?

IP Office 11.0.4.7.0 build 6

I've been through all the settings again and setting Caller ID from header seems to do the trick.

I'm not clear why the other SIP trunks don't need this.
