sip stations have one way transmission to 3300 Mxe

innline 2020 with 20 sip stations show ok in reistrar of 3300 controller. calls go into mail ok with correct vmail prompts returned. also msg lamps work but no tones or messages can be heard when mailbox is accessed. this is a clustered 3300 running MCD 4.1
