Currently Aura CM 6.3 using same CAS arrangement since before Definity R6. 700+ station split ~80% digital/20% IP. CDR stayed consistent as we introduced IP in 2008 but now have started conversion to 100% SIP and the first thing we noticed is change in CDR output. Column alignment format is the same as before but now instead of all information contained on a single line, two lines of CDR output are generated for outbound call that include CDR account code. (origination/destination numbers appear on separate lines if CDR account code entered with call so no current way to link orig/dest in CAS for SIP users) Another challenge - with SIP station calls, instead of the 4-digit originating extension being reported, the Public/Unknown Format now seems to determine what is included in CDR. Using public/unknown format we keep most of stations masked to only send our main listed number on outbound calls which means for SIP station unless we send out users station/DID for every call (we want to keep user DIDs hidden) we don't have a way to apply CDR account code billing when necessary.
There are other "oddities" such as TAC info appearing on the two lines as either the origination or destination. I'm curious if anyone has experienced any of this.
