Hi,
We're currently switching from H323 over to SIP and we currently have our Experience Portal set up with H323 stations to do some recording of payment calls. The stations are set with set type 7434nd and it automatically logs the virtual agents in. We don't actually have the agents logged in anywhere. Is there some way to do the same thing with SIP extensions? I tried to set up SIP extensions, but I can't get those extensions to register with session manager without physically logging those stations in. We don't want to have the stations just sitting logged in somewhere. We're using an application to send calls to those stations and then bridging on the recording to record just a section of the payment call. Does anyone know of a way to do this?
