Can anyone point me in a direction to find SIP Phones that will work with an S8700? I need to find something less expensive than the Avaya SIP Phones. Thanks!

First off, from everything that I've been able to find, you will need the Avaya Converged Communications Server and Sip Enablement Server before you can have any SIP phones, including Avaya's. Once you have that, most any SIP phone "should" work. I believe Avaya has a list of tested phones on their site somewhere. You might start here:

Does Avaya Charge a RTU for SIP endpoints. If so, is it higher than tradtional priced RTU such as TDM/IP ports?

If you are on CM 3.1 you only need the CM3.1 RTU to add the phone. If you are 3.0 you will need the CM3.0 RTU and the SIP RTU which is $25 list price per RTU for the SIP
