SIP Phones not Transfering

Hi,

I have two sip phones connected to IP Office. A Yealink VP530(extn604) and a Snom 821(extn603). When I try transfer a call I get transferred failed through theses sip phones.

I'm trying to transfers to extension 604. Here is part of the error I'm getting in monitor.

Do you have call waiting enabled for the users?
If not then you cannot transfer.

It needs to be checked.
It is your choice if you want to do this for more then those two sip users.
