I am setting up a call center on a UCX450 and will be using SIP phones, Grandstream 1630. I can program a button to Log In/off but I'm not getting any visual indication that the set is logged in and or in Make Busy or pause.

Any ideas would be appreciated...

Thanks

On my gxp-2160 I programed a BLF for agent login/logoff
Chose from the Mode select BLF, select the account, In the value field for the MPK enter (login/logoff code)(extension)*(queue number) *45151*100
it is green when logged out and red when logged in
pressing the BLF will toggle the login status

Did you have to do anything else in programming to get this to work, like in the dial plan?

I figured it out, was an option on the UCX that needed to be selected. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction.

Glad you got it working.
Unfortunately In the queue settings Generate Device Hints is not enabled as default.
