SIP phone dials to busy

Hello,

I have a cisco 7960 i am using on my avaya ip office system i have the 3rd party ip endpoint license and can get the phone to make calls to another avaya phone but when i call from the avaya phone i get a user busy tone straight away.

I have probably done something wrong but i cannot work out what

Yes, you use a Cisco[bigsmile]
Nevertheless it should ring. Look in System Status if there is a user logged in.
Use system monitor if there is a SIP problem.

i have looked at the system monitor and it says call lost

Would be better if you would attach a complete trace calling the user with default settings in monitor.
